Individuals who are overweight also suffer from sleep disorders , respiratory problems, susceptibility to disease , chronic fatigue not to mention the problems of loss of self-esteem caused by the media imposing on us the idea that thinness is ideal of beauty and that obese people are abnormal.
Obesity is caused by different factors. One of them is the eating more than the body can break with normal metabolism . This causes the accumulation of fat in many cases in the ventral region and emphasizing the person overweight condition .
Then there are people who are not overweight because they eat too much, but because of a genetic malfunction that causes a global slowdown in metabolism leading to a slow digestion of food.
Other similarly are overweight because of a combination of all the factors mentioned previously without forgetting the capital factor of inactivity. This means a life without exercise or a minimum of movement.
In the United States , many people live this life because they use their cars even for short distances.
But there are some exercises to lose weight that can be used in the fight against weight gain .
Running is one of the exercises that can be introduced in the battle against obesity. In most cases , enroll in a gym is not even necessary . Can naturally go running in the neighborhood. Walking is another .
